Cauliflower, Fenugreek & Turmeric
  This warming tasty soup is creamy and silky. I roast the cauliflowers first with the fenugreek and turmeric and some seasoning. I added a little heat with some cayenne sprinkled on the top, but the richness of the fenugreek and the twist of the turmeric give this a full rounded and satisfying flavour.
