Cauliflower, Fenugreek & Turmeric

This warming tasty soup is creamy and silky. I roast the cauliflowers first with the fenugreek and turmeric and some seasoning. I added a little heat with some cayenne sprinkled on the top, but the richness of the fenugreek and the twist of the turmeric give this a full rounded and satisfying flavour.

Juicy Lucy's Green Goddess Garden Soup, is packed full of the good stuff. Broccoli, Mange Tout, Green Beans, Spinach and Fennel. This soup not only tastes good, it feels like its doing you good. I add a little ginger and some bay to give it an extra healing properties and there is a slight spice from the stock and the herbs I use too.
